Repository boundary

• darpan-backend owns Moqui backend contracts, services, entities, and processing logic.
• darpan-ui owns custom UI and PWA implementation.
• Do not add or extend custom UI/PWA surfaces in darpan-backend; implement them in darpan-ui.
