This PR reserves the WhoAmI for the deLuxDriver board, a 3-channel LED driver board in development at the Allen Institute. The board allows current control of LEDs such as Thorlabs mounted LEDs with M8 or barrel connectors. We have a working prototype, getting a Harp WhoAmI number is on my testing checklist.
The repositoryURL and projectURL point to an Allen Institute repo that will be made public once the board reaches production.
