## Minimal Preprocessing

Script: `Minimal_spatial_corr_ridgeplot.py`

This called functions in spatial_corr_ridgeplot_func.py.

In order to run the script, the folder structuree should be like:

-- **.py
-- ROI
    -- ROI_Schaefer200
        -- fmriprep
        -- CPAC:Default
            --sub-*.1D
        -- *****
    -- ROI_Schaefer600
    -- ROI_Schaefer1000
-- figures (where figure will be saved, this can be changed in the scripts.)


R Script, Reliability_general_minimal.R generate ICC, I2C2, and Discriminability numbers.
