This PR was opened by the Changesets release GitHub action. When you're ready to do a release, you can merge this and the packages will be published to npm automatically. If you're not ready to do a release yet, that's fine, whenever you add more changesets to main, this PR will be updated.

Code Review

This automated release PR correctly updates the version and changelog. I've also reviewed the implementation of the new usage info API being released. While the logic is sound, I found some opportunities to improve maintainability by reducing code duplication:

  1. In packages/services/api/src/modules/commerce/resolvers/Organization.ts, the rate limit check logic is duplicated in the rateLimit and isMonthlyOperationsLimitExceeded resolvers. This could be refactored into a helper function.
  2. Error handling for usageEstimation is repeated in packages/services/api/src/modules/commerce/resolvers/Organization.ts and packages/services/api/src/modules/commerce/resolvers/Query/usageEstimation.ts. This could be moved into the UsageEstimationProvider to centralize the logic.

Since these files are not part of the PR's diff, I'm including this feedback here for future consideration.
