Hi there, This pull request updates the Russian translation for Will Norris's endorsement message to better align with the current English version. ### Changes * Modified the `message` under `endorsement.Will_Norris` in `_data/locales/ru.yml`. ### Reason for the change I noticed that the Russian translation for this message was based on an older version of the English text. This change updates the Russian text to accurately reflect the current message in `en.yml`, ensuring consistency across the site's languages. This is my first contribution, and I'm happy to make any adjustments based on feedback. Thank you!
