The 'telogen' npm org/scope cannot be created, so the companion package ships unscoped as telogen-react. All references updated (README, annotation guide text, packages/react, TODOS, regenerated demo output). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Reuses the tag-triggered provenance flow the root package already has; the NPM_TOKEN automation token bypasses interactive 2FA, so the placeholder (and future releases) publish from git instead of a manual OTP publish. Guarded so v* and react-v* tags never both fire, with a tag-vs-package-version check before publishing. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
TODOS.md mixed the engineering roadmap with launch-strategy notes that don't belong in a public repo; the roadmap items stay (Action, AIContent via telogen-react, one-hop extraction, build plugins, more routers) in neutral wording. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
