The governance model defined in this repository aims to ensure our independence with restrictions including the following:

No more than one employee of the same employer may serve on the PLC.
- Governance, Section 4 (Technical Steering Committee), item 4
No more than one employee of the same employer may serve on the TSC.
The first version of these documents were seeded from Homebrew's documentation.
