- bump ir-support to 1.4.2 for the websockets compatibility fix
- add an explicit websockets >=10.4,<14.0 dependency across Poetry, setup.py, and requirements.txt
- refresh poetry.lock so clean installs resolve to websockets 13.1 instead of 16.x
- bump ir-support-full to 0.2.3 and require ir-support >=1.4.2
- add doctor tests for compatible, incompatible, and patchable websockets installs
- make doctor tests use a writable scratch directory fallback for Windows/OneDrive environments
