Document worker host setup (openjdk@17 + android-commandlinetools), add scripts/env-mac.sh and docs/ENV.md, mark F-001 done after verifying plugins, application, includer, and depgen ./gradlew build succeed. Also land agent workspace vision/tickets for autonomous workers.
Map composite builds, plugins DAG, live dependency validators, sample app targets, CI gaps, and forma-core extraction candidates.
