#14 - add helm k8s deployment

Hi! Thanks for your repository, it made my life easier! ;)
In my use-case I needed to deploy gcups on the Edge K8s cluster. I have seen that you have already issue #14 to add k8s deployment. I dont know if helm works for you, but it works for me, so I share with you what have I done ;)

If thats not something you would like to have in there, just let me know ;)

Comments:

1. I just used privileged security context, which is not best approach, but as fast win it works
2. If you are ok to keep helm chart in repo, than probably serving it via Github Pages should be added to Github Actions
3. Helm chart was generated with helm create ... and adjusted for this use-case

Thank you. I don’t mind adding a helm chart and I’d prefer to put it in the repo (it’s an OCI artifact after all). I can’t really take a look at the PR right now as I’m not available but I really welcome it:)

It's been hanging for quite some time but the most important reason for this is my UPS started malfunctioning and I didn't pick it up yet. Probably need to replace batteries in it:) Sorry for leaving you hanging
