Summary:
The torchx Runner.stop() method is deprecated in favor of cancel(), which provides identical functionality but is consistent with the CLI and scheduler API naming conventions.

This change updates TorchXRunner to use the non-deprecated method, eliminating PendingDeprecationWarning messages during test runs.
