Set as a pre-release

there is an issue finding boost and wx... their use scripts call find_package and need to add BYPASS_PROVIDER so that when externpro is acting as a dependency provider there isn't an infinite loop between calling xpFindPkg() and find_package() -- see pull #6 which will be part of an upcoming release that fixes this issue
