Summary

This PR adds a QR popup to the payment-link success flow so users can quickly copy and share the generated link.

Changes

• Added a QR popup to the payment link success state
• Copied the payment link to clipboard before opening the QR popup
• Added test coverage for the new success action flow

Testing

• Attempted a focused frontend test for CreatePaymentForm
• The local test runner started hydrating dependencies and did not finish cleanly in this environment
