how to install

Download or clone project https://github.com/ekoooo/github-toc-chrome-extension.git
Go to chrome://extensions/ and check the box for Developer mode in the top right.
Click the Load unpacked extension button and select project github-toc-chrome-extension folder for your extension to install it.

The man is lazy without leaving anything.
