Thank you @RamziKaroui for helping cleaning up the documentation. There are two things that prevent me from merging this:

• options.md is generated from https://github.com/eclipse-cyclonedds/cyclonedds/blob/master/src/core/ddsi/src/ddsi__cfgelems.h
• before you can contribute to an Eclipse project, you need to sign the ECA

(It is odd that the CI is mostly green, it should be checking that the generated configuration documents is consistent with the source.)
