I want to have publishing abilities that worked while offline (or when our main relays are offline, for example).

After recording this screencast I realized that "Draft" was a misnomer since we don't allow editing the event afterwards, only publishing, and renamed the buttons to "Save for later".
We could probably make them editable later but it was an unnecessary complication for now, this PR is already too big.
(I didn't test this while being really offline.)
