Additional extra feature offTintColor added.
Change the offTintColor RGB values for when the toggle layer is used. Ensures the offTintColor stays as default when switched between the on/off states.

A new feature has been created for altering the off tint color of the switch. It has mirrored functionality to onTintColor but is called using offTintColor.
