I created a new `test:coverage`, that runs all tests and checks the coverage there, as one of the `test:slow` also tests a lot of branches.

Description
Currently the tests take about a minute (75s) to run.
The goal of this PR is to improve this.
This far, I've gotten it to run in about 12s, which is a massive improvement already.
