guppi_daq - Data aquisition software for GUPPI

How to run setup.py:
python setup.py install --install-lib=/opt/64bit/guppi/lib/python

This will put all the guppi_daq python code in 
/opt/64bit/guppi/lib/python/guppi_daq.  It can then be imported using 
"from guppi_daq import guppi_utils", etc.
