MANIFESTincludeddoc/fit_changelog.txt, which does not exist. Also,rockspec.incalls thetestdirectorytests. The former causedutil.mkto fail, the latter causedluarocks maketo fail. This PR fixes those, and adds the now-working local luarocks installation method to theREADME.
