whiskers 2.5.1 fails to build because cpufeatures/0.2.12 returns 403 from crates.io. Pin catppuccin to ba73719e which has whiskers 2.9.0 (working cargo deps) while staying compatible with current HM version. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
