I use it quite often, would be nice to incorporate it into AGTL.
New feature cache.was_downloaded() is not handy with old caches. They have been downloaded before, no reason to download again and possibly ruin the calculations. I did not change the Description part properly in this commit yet. Calc tab should always be visible: even if downloading of details fails, you could copy a calc string from the web browser into AGTL.
Not tested yet on N900, just desk checked. Interesting phenomenon, this tuple...
results of subfunction do not seem to be displayed in RD2WGS. The other one does not even show itself.
Instead of "from notes: N.... E...." it will be "Notes 01" etc.

Dutch Tools: Coordinate conversion to RD Dutch grid
I use it quite often, would be nice to incorporate it into AGTL.
First I define a constant DUTCH_TOOLS to add the extra Tools buttons when equal to 1. Otherwise, AGTL users will not be bothered...
