New 'article', a quiz that asks you to name every mainlist SCP

Built in React because a) it was getting unwieldy and I wanted to be able to smoothly animate stuff between different states, b) learning

• Get the series data from wikidot using crom selectors
• Implement a pull-through cache, probably on croquembouche.net, because codetabs cors proxy fails a lot (granted it's probably wikidot's fault)

• Persist completion state between sessions
  • There's some utils that help with this (e.g. Dexie) but it's going to come down to shoving something into indexeddb and parsing it on page load probably
  • Avoid persisting too hard because the list of articles changes over time
