Looks good to me. This PR only updates the build-system pin in pyproject.toml from setuptools==44.0.0 to 78.1.1, with no runtime/application code changes.
Given the scope, I don’t see concrete correctness, security, or behavioral risks in this repo itself. The bump is reasonable and includes upstream bugfixes.
