These were gitignored (project_docs/*), so the scraper-status working notes, session-date references, and archived docs had no history -- every edit silently overwrote the last. Bringing them under version control so changes to the health/status tracking docs are diffable and attributable going forward. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
"project_docs" read as official/shared project documentation, but this is really Tamara's day-to-day working notes (scraper-status tracking, session-date references, archived session logs) -- renaming to make that clear.
