No description provided.

Use compatible clients, TLS handling, and privilege defaults across database versions.
FreeBSD is now served by the official www/bunkerweb port, which
builds from the source tarball with its own rc.d scripts and
patches and uses none of this machinery. The in-repo lane was
never wired into CI, its packages were never published, and its
dep-build script no longer matched the pinned nginx sources.
Keep global values visible when per-service tables lack the requested variable.
- Fix CrowdSec checks when globally disabled but enabled per service
- Document the nil bouncer error and previously unchecked requests
