``safe_eval()`` raises a ``ValueError`` when evaluating ``node`` options containing boolean values
written in lowercase (`true` or `false`).
Fixes
```
ValueError: <class 'NameError'>: "name 'true' is not defined" while evaluating
"{'<option_name>': [true|false}"
```
