Description

Why is this change being made?

1. Bump version from 2.1.2 to 2.1.3 for release to address jackson-databind CVE fix (PR Bump com.fasterxml.jackson.core:jackson-databind from 2.21.1 to 2.21.5 #348).

What is changing?

1. Updated version in pom.xml from 2.1.2 to 2.1.3
2. Updated version references in README.md examples
