Initial release of ClinTrajan Python package

This is the first release of ClinTrajan Python package containing base functionality for quantifying trajectories and pseudotime in large synchronic clinical datasets together with utility functions for quantifying the clinical variables.

Example uses of the package with two large clinical datasets are provided as Jupyter notebooks.
