Qt installs to `build/qt-install/` and is auto-detected for future builds. Qt plugins are skipped if Qt is unavailable.

**External Qt:** Set `CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH` to your Qt 6.8.x installation (must have `QT_NAMESPACE=QT`).
