This is the curation feature of Suite3D. The code includes preprocessing steps to create a curation dataset from Suite3D outputs, dimensionality reduction and everything for the interactive curation panel (incorporated into the main Suite3D UI, or can also be run independently from curation/app.py). The demo notebook also has a few extra cells to make it easy for users to get started with curation.
