* restore c3 * Update `get_expected_signature` to use `panda` instance for MCU type retrieval * Add USB support to `pandad` with fallback to SPI communication * Expand modem support for EC20 and simplify ICCID checks * Add SIM state tracking and optimize ICCID polling frequency * add carrot-agnos * Reorder `start_carrot_recovery` for proper initialization sequence * Install `jeepney` dependency if missing during initialization * Update Agnos URLs and add `agnos-tici.json` * Adjust Agnos manifest selection based on model type * Move `jeepney` installation to AGNOS update block * Adjust internet wait logic in AGNOS version check * Add debug logs for AGNOS updater variables to improve visibility * Add debug logs for device model and manifest path in AGNOS updater * Add debug log for AGNOS updater completion * Reorder `start_carrot_recovery` call for improved initialization logic * fix screen action (ajouatom#417) * Add helper function for BPS blob index selection and update related logic * Improve first frame sync logic for Spectra camera and add detailed debug logs --------- Co-authored-by: jominki354 <jominki354@gmail.com> (cherry picked from commit f26d7b4)
