This is the master copy of the metaio library code and the utilities based on
it.  The LIGOtools 'metaio' package and lscsoft 'libmetaio' module are derived
from this repository.  Doing 'make ligotools' in this directory creates the
tar.gz files which are distributed via ligotools and used as the basis for
the LIGOtools 'metaio' package.
