This pull request includes:

  • Modified advection handler and parameters to allow for the use of the Strong-Stability Preserving Runge Kutta 3rd order time integration scheme implemented in ViennaLS.
  • Merger with vtk-render branch for VTK visualization.
  • Renaming of legacy integrationScheme to spatialScheme for consistency with ViennaLS. Legacy use of integrationScheme is still provided with compile and runtime warnings.
  • New tests for the spatial and temporal schemes have been introduced.
  • The holeEtching example which now uses the SSP-RK3 temporal scheme.
