Bumps src/telemetry to include the Strategy tab redesign (submodule PR #113): a navigable full-width Race Trace (per-lap pace trajectory + decision cursor) that makes the lap window meaningful, a hero DecisionBanner co-located with its Monte-Carlo scores, and a de-slop pass that removes the empty layout void. Verified end-to-end against a real orchestrator run in both themes.
