We could just switch to a US-only dictionary, but since this is a softer requirement than spelling errors, I have chosen to rather have it run as a separate Vale rule which only flags as warnings. That means there are no behavior changes in the CI checks but it's then easy to run locally, on occasion, and fix up any discrepancies.
The Vale rule was built by temporarily switching to a US-only dictionary so it includes the most likely words that will be accidentally Anglicized in the context of Velociraptor/DFIR. The goal is mainly consistency, but preferring Americanized spelling is also less jarring for non-Anglo readers.
