v0.2 - Updated NeuML Wiki Datasets, updated dependency versions, and other fixes

• Changed default host from 0.0.0.0 to 127.0.0.1
• Cleaned up a few minor issues related to search and the string escaping
• Updated the pin versions of libraries to newer versions
• Updated third party license section to keep it up to date
• Fixed some issues with the .bat and .sh files and made them more robust, and pulled macos out of untested
• Updated to latest version of NeuML's wikipedia datasets
