Adds the smooth marketplace + enables the shared SmooAI Claude Code guardrails/skills plugin (worktree enforcement, th-over-curl nudges, pearl-store read-only-wedge guard, windows-build-box skill) so this repo's Claude sessions get them like smooth/smooai.
