Summary

• reframes priority SEO pages around Policy-to-Proof, authority before execution, paid-rail context, and Evidence Pack receipts
• updates /govern and /mcp-gateway metadata/copy plus CTA paths from pay/charge-first to proof/governance-first
• cleans compare-page H1/title extraction and generated SEO machine recommendations
• removes focused stale residues: Observe/Control/Charge, Economic Firewall category copy, robot customer, SatGate Charge, Audit Trail

Verification

• python3 scripts/seo_machine.py --check → 15 opportunities, 0 audit issue groups
• npm run build → successful Next.js production build, 121 static pages
• rendered local checks against next start for /, /govern, /mcp-gateway, three priority blog pages, five compare pages, /partners/rails, and integration pages

Note

• Full npm run lint still has pre-existing repo-wide lint debt unrelated to this PR; targeted changed-file lint was only clean for the final Claude Desktop H1 touch.
