Implemented the approved documentation/env-template update.

Changed files:

• README.md
  • Updated the Initial Data Seeding curl example to use:
    • x-admin-secret: YOUR_ADMIN_SECRET
  • Added note that ADMIN_SECRET must be set in backend/.env and the header must match it.
• backend/.env.example
  • Added:
    • ADMIN_SECRET=your_admin_secret_here

Validation:

• Ran the requested grep check successfully:
  • Confirmed x-admin-secret and ADMIN_SECRET are present.
  • Confirmed the stale Authorization: Bearer sync example is no longer present in README.md.

Tests:

• Not run, per plan: this was a documentation/env-template-only change.
