Updates the July 2026 "New Features" Billing bullet to cover both Billing-tab capabilities that shipped this month.
The bullet now announces that admins on a paid plan can view their organization's current plan (plan name, price and billing cadence, subscription status, and next billing event; "Custom pricing" for usage-based, tiered, or non-USD subscriptions) from the new Billing tab on the Settings page (PR #4211), alongside the existing self-serve payment-card update via Stripe's secure hosted billing portal (PR #4171). Plan/subscription changes and cancellation remain handled by emailing support. The entry deep-links to the Billing section on the Account management page.
Kept as a separate suggestion from the account-management page edit, per changelog guidelines. Folded into the existing July bullet rather than adding a second Billing entry.
