- correct tech stack: Hono HTTP API (no WebSockets), add ffmpeg, pin frontend versions - expand API section to cover auth, rooms, songs, playback, search, admin, health - document SoundCloud/playlist support and vote-to-skip semantics - replace two-terminal setup with root `bun dev` and per-package scripts - add Features section; fix TODO to reflect polling-based sync
