This PR wires the Fumadocs app under apps/docs for Cloudflare Workers deployment using OpenNext. It adds docs deployment config files (apps/docs/wrangler.jsonc and apps/docs/open-next.config.ts), updates docs scripts/dependencies in apps/docs/package.json, and updates bun.lock accordingly. It also adds a manually triggered GitHub Actions workflow at .github/workflows/deploy-docs.yml that runs the docs deploy command with CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN. Finally, .gitignore now excludes docs build artifacts generated during deployment (.open-next and .vercel).
