- Add repricings_compute/jochemnet and repricings_stateful/jochemnet to ALL_TARGETS so 'test=all' dispatches them and convenience matching picks them up. - Auto-resolve genesis_file from fork+network via the generator-<fork>-<network>.json convention when caller didn't pass one. Removes the foot-gun where users had to remember the chainspec name for every dispatch. Backward compatible: explicit genesis_file still wins. Existing mainnet / perf-devnet-3 dispatches resolve to the same filenames they were already documenting in the input default.
