this should be GFDLServiceDesk as there will be an RDHPCS Service Desk shortly.
Updated references to ServiceDesk for clarity and specificity.

ServiceDesk goes live for GFDL on the 15th. I've added introductory instructions. Not 100% about the placement, feedback about that is particularly welcome. I put it just above Managing Tix because, if I understand things correctly, most folks will be using OTRS at least for now. I can rearrange things later.
