I reviewed existing GCP material, edited for style and updated the content to the extent of my knowledge (ahem). I'd appreciate input from those who know more about this than I do.
Also, I put this material at the end of the document, because it's not obvious to me where else it belongs. I'm happy to put the whole thing anywhere that makes more sense.
