Enforce all non-as-const TSAsExpression via no-restricted-syntax so widening casts cannot bypass CI. Keep no-unsafe-type-assertion; require boundary comments plus disables for every rule that fires. Document AST inventory over grep in LESSONS. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
