Write CDN bodies to unique .tmp files and rename only after a full CDN end; client abort no longer leaves truncated .bin hits. Cap cache size via VIDEO_CACHE_MAX_BYTES with orphan tmp sweep and maintenance scheduler / deferred start eviction. Add Node unit coverage. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
