Here is a recipe to build JIL, a library for fast computations with straight-line programs.

I've tested this JLL package locally (in combination with our work-in-progress Julia interface), and it is working on the two platforms I tested, namely aarch64-apple-darwin and x86_64-linux-gnu.

I got the library to compile with GCC 10.2, I suppose that's sufficient according to the compatibility tips.
